New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson, a fourth-round rookie out of Oklahoma, had just 25 carries through Week 8 and found himself inactive several games as more experienced backs got the call. But Stevenson got the call against the Panthers on Sunday, and given the effort he put forth on this play, you might see more of Stevenson, the first-year bruiser, on the field. Stevenson took the ball to the left side, and when Panthers safety Sean Chandler got in his way… well, let’s just say that things didn’t go well for Mr. Chandler. Stevenson went full Beast Mode on Chandler, throwing him five yards out of the way with a killer stiff-arm.

When you have a back who can take a 200-pound safety and throw him around as if he was a medium-sized loaf of bread, that’s a good thing.
