Patriots injury report: Matthew Slater downgraded, 2 new additions

Six players were out on Thursday and 11 were limited.

The New England Patriots released their second injury report of the week. One player was upgraded but another was downgraded and there were two new additions. Six players did not practice and 11 were limited.

Special teams ace Matthew Slater, who was limited Wednesday with a knee injury, did not practice.

Defensive lineman Carl Davis, who was out on Wednesday under the concussion protocol, was upgraded to limited.

Safety Kyle Dugger (toe) and running back J.J. Taylor (quad) were new additions to the injury report. They did not practice.
