For the most part, the days leading up to Thursday’s NFL draft didn’t have much drama. The top 3 picks were pretty much set, and no blockbuster trades appeared to be on the horizon.
Then, Adam Schefter had to go ahead and do what he does: break a massive story that potentially changes the entire makeup of the draft.
According to Schefter, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers — you know, the reigning MVP and part-time Jeopardy host — is so unhappy with the Packers that he no longer wants to play in Green Bay. The timing of this news was so surprising that it appeared to have caught the attention of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Well i see draft weekend is going to be pretty interesting…🤣🤣

Tell me about it, Pat.
A predictable draft just became entirely unpredictable should the Packers actually consider moving Rodgers, who turned 37 in December.
Over the course of the season, Rodgers had nothing but positive things to say about 2020 with the Packers and his positive headspace. But the Packers did draft Jordan Love last year — he hasn’t forgotten about that.
Something clearly changed. But like Mahomes, we all get to sit back and watch it unfold.
