Patrick Chung’s cocaine charges he obtained in a June incident have been conditionally dismissed.
The New England Patriots safety agreed to a deal with prosecutors in Belknap county. ESPN’s Adam Schefter shared the court documentation on Monday.

He must remain on good behavior for two years, submit to periodical drug tests and perform 40 hours of community service. In regards to good behavior — Chung cannot commit a misdemeanor, felony or a major motor vehicle offense.
Chung, 32, is signed with the Patriots through the 2021 season and will remain a vital part of their secondary. He’s been in the NFL for 11 seasons and spent 10 of those years in New England.
