Patrick Cantlay drained a hole-in-one at the RBC Heritage and was promptly roasted for his slow pace

Fans have never been so unimpressed by a hole-in-one.

World No. 4 player Patrick Cantlay pulled off one of the rarest feats in golf Friday when he aced the par-3 seventh at Harbour Town Golf Links for the RBC Heritage.

The hole-in-one contributed to a 6-under 65 score for the day and put him at 8-under through two rounds, which was tied for fourth and kept him in the running to win with +900 odds at DraftKings.

It was the third ace of Cantlay’s PGA Tour career, however, golf fans were left unimpressed. Instead of lauding the shot, they roasted Cantlay’s embarrassingly slow pace of play that annoyed so many during the Masters Tournament last week.
