Pat Connaughton NBA Tracker: Feb. 7-13

Sadly, we won’t be seeing Pat again for a while.

If you’ve been reading this weekly Pat Connaughton trackers, soak this one in because it will be the last one for a while. During the Milwaukee Bucks’ Feb. 10 loss to the Phoenix Suns, Connaughton walked back to the locker room while favoring his right hand after he attempted to go for a steal against a driving Chris Paul. It turned out he fractured the fourth metacarpal in his hand and will undergo surgery, keeping him out until sometime before the regular season ends in April.

Connaughton himself tweeted about it:

Connaughton had eight points, two rebounds and two steals Feb. 8 against the Los Angeles Lakers. Before going out against the Suns, he had shot 1 of 7 from 3-point range while grabbing two more rebounds and picking up one more steal. His stats for the abbreviated week included 5.5 points and 1.5 steals a game while shooting 30.8 percent from the field.

For the season, Connaughton is averaging a career-high 10.1 points a game to go with 4.4 rebounds a game. He is shooting 46.7 percent from the field, which includes 40.7 percent from 3-point range.
