On Saturday, the Carolina Panthers made a number of tweaks ahead of their Week 18 matchup with the New Orleans Saints.
Those moves saw center Sam Tecklenburg and wide receiver Preston Williams signed to the active roster and defensive tackle Phil Hoskins and cornerback Josh Norman receive standard elevations from the practice squad.
