On Tuesday, the New Orleans Saints poached the Carolina Panthers’ practice squad—signing quarterback Jake Luton to their active roster. So, there was a spot left to fill.
And it didn’t take long for the Panthers to address that vacancy, adding wideout Matt Landers—who was one of five players to work out for the team earlier in the day.
