2021 continues to be an uncomfortable ride for Carolina Panthers offensive lineman John Miller. So, hopefully, there’s a better repair shop for him along the way.
Until then, the seventh-year veteran will have to deal with another setback to his ankle, which kept him out of Thursday’s practice. Today’s lack of participation for Miller, obviously, is a downgrade from Wednesday’s limited appearance.
Here’s how the Thanksgiving edition of the injury report looked for the team:
Injury | Wed. | Thurs. | Fri. | Game status
G Dennis Daley | Glute | Full | Full
CB Myles Hartsfield | Wrist | DNP | Full
G John Miller | Ankle | Limited | DNP
DT DaQuan Jones | Knee | – | Full |
Miller had just made his comeback in Week 11 following a three-game absence due to that bothersome ankle. He got the start at right guard against the Washington Football Team upon his return and played in all 51 of the offense’s snaps.
We’ll see, amongst an otherwise clean bill of health, how Miller’s status develops heading into Miami.
