Five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola, the class’ top-ranked recruit, headlines the 2023 Elite 11 roster. Raiola, who has committed to the University of Georgia, is one of the the favorites to win the MVP award of the famed event.
The 2023 Elite 11 Finals will take place from June 14-16 in Los Angeles, California. The event features 20 highly ranked quarterback recruits in the class of 2024.
Georgia is the only college football program to have a pair of quarterback commitments on the Elite 11 roster. Four-star Georgia commitment Ryan Puglisi joins Dylan Raiola at the event. Eight of the top 10 quarterbacks in the class of 2024 are expected to compete in the Elite 11 Finals (rankings per 247Sports).

Raiola is certainly a name to watch at the Elite 11 Finals. He can make all of the throws. Additionally, five-star Michigan commit Jadyn Davis has a great deal of talent. Elijah Brown, the last uncommitted quarterback to be ranked in the top five players at the position is another intriguing prospect to watch.
