Packers WR Davante Adams ‘should be good to go’ vs. Colts

The Packers will have their star wide receiver on Sunday against the Colts.

Green Bay Packers receiver Davante Adams practiced Friday and is expected to play Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.

Coach Matt LaFleur is confident he’ll have his three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver available for Week 11.

“He’s made good progress. He should be good to go,” LaFleur said Friday, via Wed Hodkiewicz of Packers.com.

Adams injured his ankle during Sunday’s win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. He returned to the game and caught the go-ahead touchdown pass, but he’s been limited during practice this week, and the Packers actually held him out of Thursday’s practice.

This was Adams at Friday’s practice:

Adams has 61 catches for 741 yards and nine touchdowns in seven games this season. He missed two games with a hamstring injury.

Adams leads the NFL in receiving yards per game and touchdown catches. He’s averaging a career-best catch percentage (75.3) and yards per target (9.1) entering Week 11.

The Packers will provide official injury designations within the team’s final injury report of the week later on Friday.
