Packers would ‘love’ to get extension done with LT David Bakhtiari before Week 1

There’s a chance Packers left tackle David Bakhtiari won’t have to play the 2020 season on the last year of his current contract.
According to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, the Packers would “love” to get a new extension done with Bakhtiari, a four-time All-Pro, before the start of the regular season.
The season starts for the Packers on Sept. 13 against the Vikings.
One of the NFL’s top left tackles, Bakhtiari is in line for a massive payday, whether it comes before Week 1 or not.
A starter at left tackle since 2013, he’s played in 106 career games for the Packers and made four All-Pro teams and two Pro Bowls.
In September of 2016, the Packers and Bakhtiari agreed to a four-year extension
