Eight down, one to go.
The Green Bay Packers agreed to a rookie deal with sixth-round pick Jake Hanson, a center from Oregon, the team announced on Friday.
Hanson’s signing leaves the Packers with just one draft pick left to sign from the 2020 class: third-round pick Josiah Deguara.
The Packers made Hanson the 208th overall pick in the 2020 draft. He started 49 games at center over four years at Oregon.
Over the Cap estimates Hanson’s four-year deal will be worth $3.45 million, with a signing bonus of just over $150,000 and a cap hit in 2020 of just under $650,000.
Hanson will compete for a roster spot as a backup behind starter Corey Linsley and the interior linemen.
