The Green Bay Packers’ top draft pick in 2020 is now under contract.
The team announced the signing of first-round pick Jordan Love, a quarterback from Utah State. The team also signed second-round pick A.J. Dillon on Wednesday.
Love was the 26th overall pick in the draft. The Packers moved up four spots to get him.
Over the Cap estimates Love’s deal will be worth $12,383,470 over four years with a fifth-year team option. The deal includes a signing bonus of $6,566,160 and will carry a cap hit of $2,251,540 in 2020.
Love’s deal keeps him in Green Bay through the 2023 season, although the Packers can activate a fifth year.
The Packers now have only three players left to sign: Third-round pick Josiah Deguara, fifth-round pick Kamal Martin and sixth-round pick Jake Hanson.
