Packers QB Jordan Love, Lakers star Anthony Davis do jersey swap in Los Angeles

Packers QB Jordan Love and Lakers star (and Packers fan) Anthony Davis swapped a pair of uniforms in Los Angeles on Friday night.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love added a new jersey to his collection during the bye week. On Friday night, Love was in Los Angeles to see Anthony Davis — a big Packers fan — and the Lakers take on the Philadelphia 76ers at crypto.com Arena, and the two stars did a post-game jersey swap.

Not only did Love and Davis do a sport-specific jersey swap — Love got a personalized No. 10 Lakers jersey, while Davis got a personalized No. 3 Packers jersey — but the two also swapped game-worn uniforms. Love received one of Davis’ previously worn gold uniforms, while Davis got a previously worn No. 10 white away uniform.

With Love in the house, Davis scored a game-high 31 points as the Lakers went on to beat the 76ers by 116-106 final.

Love grew up in Bakersfield, California and played basketball in high school.

The Packers are off in Week 10. Love will return to Green Bay to start next week and begin prep for the Chicago Bears, the Packers’ opponent in Week 11.
