The Los Angeles Rams are losing the second of their three specialists already this offseason. After watching Matt Gay sign with the Colts, the Rams will now lose long snapper Matthew Orzech to the Packers.
He’s agreed to terms on a deal with Green Bay, landing a three-year deal with the Packers. He spent the last two years with the Rams after bouncing around the league for the previous two years.
Orzech was claimed off waivers from the Titans in the 2021 offseason and went on to win a Super Bowl with the Rams that season.
With Gay and Orzech gone, the Rams are facing the possibility of needing to replace all three of their specialists; punter Riley Dixon is also a pending free agent.
#Packers have agreed to terms with long snapper Matt Orzech, formerly of the #Rams. Orzech wins a ring in L.A. and heads to Green Bay on a three-year deal.
