Penn State fans came out in full force for the live broadcast of ESPN’s College GameDay, and they brought a collection of signs with them to continue the GameDay tradition of waving funny (and sometimes not-so-funny) signs for the ESPN cameras.

One of the more suitable signs of the day had to be one proclaiming Penn State to having the better Barkley, comparing former Penn State running back Saquon Barkley to basketball hall of famer and Auburn graduate Charles Barkley. Saquon Barkley was also the guest picker for the day.
It’s not every day Penn State plays a team from the SEC in the regular season, so this is supposedly as good a time as any to dig into the old Enron jokes library?

GameDay signs are always going to pick on the star player from the opposing team, so you knew Bo Nix was going to hear it.

There were plenty of signs by fans poking fun at Auburn being the so-called little brother to Alabama, so that was a popular theme to rely on in the gameday signs. There was this one that compared Auburn to Pittsburgh as ESPN went to a live interview with Alabama head coach Nick Saban.

And apparently, there are some fans of the Philadelphia Eagles in the crowd, as evidenced by a Jalen Hurts for MVP sign (and a few shots of a Go Birds” sign). Hurts, of course, is a former Alabama (and former Oklahoma) quarterback.
