Oregon Duck decommit could land with USC

USC has a real opportunity here.

2024 Newport Beach (Calif.) receiver Jordan Anderson is a former Newport Harbor and San Jancinto player. He has decommitted from the Oregon Ducks and could be a USC Trojan very soon.

Gresham is ranked the No. 404 overall player and the No. 58 receiver in the country, per 247Sports’ composite rankings. Gresham is also the No. 31 player from the state of California.

He attends San Jacinto High School in San Jacinto, California. He’s listed at six feet tall and 175 pounds.

Gresham is known in high school and recruiting circles for his production. Last season, Gresham finished his junior campaign with 90 catches for 2,051 yards and 31 TDs. Cracking the 2,000-yard mark is certainly an eye-opening achievement and the kind of milestone which will get attention from a lot of schools. USC did not get maximum value or production from its wide receiver room in 2023. Landing Gresham could legitimately increase the level of upside for this group if the Trojans can land him after his decommitment from Oregon.
