One of DC’s most intriguing properties has found a buyer. In January, former Washington Wizard Dwight Howard listed the 10,000 square-foot unit that he owns at the Pierce School on Maryland Avenue NE. Earlier this week, the top-floor residence went under contract. Shortly after signing a contract with the Wizards in 2018, Howard purchased the loft, but put it on the market for $2.475 million after signing with the Los Angeles Lakers last year.
