The Gators take on the Tennessee Volunteers in Gainesville, and they are a touchdown underdog. Mississippi State welcomes [autotag]Brian Kelly[/autotag] and the LSU Tigers into town for an 11 a.m. CT game in Starkville. LSU is a 10-point favorite on the road in what is considered to be a potential trap game for the Tigers.

The Bulldogs hosted the Arizona Wildcats last weekend, and they were able to come away with a win in overtime. Will Rogers still leads Mississippi State on offense as he is a fifth-year senior. LSU has had a lot of questions in the secondary and Rogers will look to exploit that on Saturday.

“The Tigers enter the matchup with the pressure (no more mulligans after the second-half no-show against Florida State), but they also have more talent and a seasoned head coach. LSU seemed to right the ship against Grambling (73 points, Jayden Daniels had five touchdowns), and last season’s comeback against the Bulldogs was Daniels’ coming-out party.”

The win over Mississippi State last season is what started the hype train. Hopefully, this game can put the train back on track.
