On Monday, Favors put that emotion into action, joining those in protest of Brooks’ death. It wasn’t easy. There were times where he wanted to shed a tear. There were times that he wanted to put the gloves on and knock around a punching bag. But he got out there, complete with a mask bearing the letters “ATL.” He threw a post on Instagram, a post on Twitter. He and countless others wanted to make sure to make their voices heard.
