On a scale from 1-10, how good was the Vikings’ draft?

Minnesota had plenty of options in this year’s NFL Draft.

The Vikings had 15 picks, an NFL record for seven-round drafts, and the likes of Mel Kiper Jr. along with Pro Football Focus thought the team did well with the players they chose.

Kiper Jr. gave the Vikings an A- grade in the 2020 Draft. Pro Football Focus thinks Minnesota did even better than that, giving the team an A.

Minnesota started by drafting LSU wide receiver Justin Jefferson, then followed that up by trading back from pick No. 25. You would think a trade back might result in the team missing out on talented players who fulfill positional needs, but the Vikings still nabbed TCU corner Jeff Gladney at No. 31, who I thought would have been picked earlier than that.

The Vikings continued to draft players who can possibly come in and play key roles for the team in 2020. If I had to guess, I’d say the Vikings did a good job in a very important draft.

So, Vikings fans, let’s hear from you. How well do you think the team did? Vote in the poll below!
