North Carolina Tar Heels running back Omarion Hampton continues to rack up the postseason recognition.
With the 2023 regular season in the books, Hampton is starting to earn more honors for his impressive campaign with the Tar Heels. On Monday, Hampton picked up another one as he was named to the Associated Press All-American Second Team.
Hampton was the lone North Carolina player to make the team, earning the Second Team honors as a running back with Audric Estime of Notre Dame.
The first team running backs were Oklahoma State’s Ollie Gordon II and Missouri’s Cody Schrader.
