We are officially under a week away from the release of the EA Sports College Football 25 game after a long absence. And when the game releases next week, North Carolina will have one of the highest-rated players in the game.
On Wednesday, the game released its highest-rated players and checking in at No. 22 on the list is UNC running back Omarion Hampton. The standout running back earned a rating of 93 overall, not only putting him among the best at his position but overall in the game as well.
Joining Hampton on the list of highest-rated players is a teammate and pass rusher Kaimon Rucker. He earned a 91 overall which was good for No. 56 in the game:

The duo were the only two UNC players to be ranked in the Top 100 players overall for the game.
The rating for both Hampton and Rucker should not be surprising to UNC fans as they are two of the best players on the roster. Hampton enjoyed a breakout second season a year ago, establishing himself as one of the best running backs in college football.
For Rucker, he’s developed into a legit pass rusher for UNC’s defense and is hoping to take a bigger step in his development this year. If you’re using North Carolina in this game when it releases, enjoy playing with this duo.
