Sooners receiver Charleston Rambo is named to the Biletnikoff Award preseason watch list.Charleston finished as the Sooners’ second-leading receiver behind 2019 Biletnikoff Finalist CeeDee Lamb.Rambo posted 758 receiving yards and five touchdowns last season.The last Oklahoma receiver to win the award was Dede Westbrook in 2016
