Oklahoma State RB Chuba Hubbard took home offensive player of the year, while West Virginia DT Darius Stills was named defensive player of the year.
Rattler played in three games last season, going 7-11 for 81 yards and a TD.
The Phoenix, AZ. native was a five-star QB out of high school. 247Sports tabbed him as the No. 1 QB and No. 11 recruit in the class of 2019.
He also attended the 2018 Elite 11 and won MVP.
Should he win the job, Rattler is set to make his starting debut vs. Missouri State on Sept. 5.
