Second-year defensive coordinator Alex Grinch has already nabbed nine defensive recruits in the 2021 class, an obvious priority for the Sooners. Three are defensive backs, and ATH Caleb Johnson will more than likely joins the ranks of the secondary in Norman.

Oklahoma currently holds the No. 15 class in the country according to Rivals.

No. 1 overall QB Caleb Williams and No. 2 overall WR Mario Williams boost that rankings tremendously. The Sooners also have three four-stars in DB Latrell McCutchin, LB Clayton Smith and WR Cody Jackson.

Williams is adamant about brining more talent to Oklahoma, and has been in contact with several other recruits about joining the Sooners.
