Ohio State football has some new players on campus already.
We are still awaiting the traditional National Signing Day for college football, but with the advent of the early signing period, most now commit in December as opposed to waiting until February. Another trend that we’ve really seen take off is getting those commitments enrolled and on campus early to begin their careers. For Ohio State, it had a whopping fourteen members enroll early in 2020, and it broke that record this year with fifteen of the 21 commitments breaking the seal early.
Others will still arrive in the fall. That list includes OG Donovan Jackson, DT Mike Hall, and DBs Jaylen Johnson, Jordan Hancock, Jakailin Johnson, and Andre Turrentine. But by and large, most are getting a jump on things, moving in this weekend.
Here is the complete list of those fifteen players that include four 5-stars, and a slew of others that will begin their college football experience beginning on February 1 when the team begins getting back to work.
