Jamal Murray scored 42 points, Nikola Jokic added 31 and Michael Porter Jr. had 15 points to lead the Denver Nuggets to a 117-107 Game 5 win over the Utah Jazz.

The Nuggets trailed for most the game but outscored the Jazz 35-21 in the fourth quarter to seal the win. Murray scored 33 points in the second half to help Denver cut the series deficit to 3-2 with the victory with Game 6 set to tip-off on Thursday.

The game marked the second for Porter coming off of the bench after head coach Michael Malone removed him from the starting lineup prior to Game 4. Porter scored 11 of his 15 points alone in the first half while he drained three 3-pointers before halftime.

Porter was praised by Malone for the way he handled his benching before Game 4 and he showed on Tuesday that he can play in either role. Porter has struggled some on defense but has proven to be a versatile offensive player and his scoring punch off of the bench in Game 5 proved to be effective.

Game 6 is set to tip-off at 4 p.m. ET on Thursday.
