Notre Dame has it’s most significant change to the depth chart in just the third week to the season as quarterback Tyler Buchner will be out against California this coming Saturday. Buchner suffered a shoulder injury that forced him out of the stunning 26-21 loss to Marshall. Marcus Freeman announced that Buchner will be out for the year as it will now be Drew Pyne that the Irish turn to try and help guide them to the win column for the first time in 2022.
