Mention the name Archbishop Moeller to any passionate Notre Dame football fan and the names will immediately start flowing from their mouths:
Steve Niehaus, Bob Crable, Gerry Faust.
Then plenty of others over the years like Tony Hunter, Mike Larkin, and Andrew Hendrix called both home while there a certainly plenty of others.
Could another name soon be added to that list?
2024 defensive back Karson Hobbs has been committed to South Carolina since late July, but perhaps that commitment to the SEC program may be in jeopardy following this weekend when he visited Notre Dame and left with more than just a t-shirt.

The 6-1, 180-pound cornerback is rated as a three-star prospect by most outlets and is certainly someone to keep an eye on as a flip candidate following an offer from a program that Hobbs considers himself to be a diehard fan of.
