New Notre Dame head coach Marcus Freeman has been starting to put his stamp on the Irish program and it has to do with recruiting at the moment. His first game coaching as the Irish’s new leader was all roses in the first half, then the storm of the second half rolled in and ruined his bid for an opening salvo win.
That hasn’t stopped Freeman from hitting the recruiting trail hard and once again, he has made an offer to a high level athlete. This time it was Virginia’s Tony Rojas, who dominated as a running back and linebacker this past year. It does look like Rojas will be a linebacker when he arrives at a college campus but it is hard to really know at this junction.
After a great conversation with @Coach_Lezynski I am blessed to receive a scholarship offer from University Of Notre Dame!!💛💙 @CoachNell @FairfaxLionsFB @NDFootball @_coachreaves pic.twitter.com/smHIv7ntAv
