Four-star 2021 weak-side defensive end Landyn Watson cut his future college to 13 schools on Monday morning and the good news for Notre Dame fans is the Fighting Irish survived the cut.
The 6-3, 235 defensive end ranks in the 247Sports top 300 players for 2021, checking in at 291.

Watson, a top-20 weak-side defensive, puts Notre Dame in the class of Arizona State, Arkansas, Baylor, Cal, LSU, Michigan, Mississippi State, Missouri, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas Tech and Virginia Tech as his top 13.
The Hutto, Texas senior-to-be had seven sacks last season while also getting credited with 21 hurries, a pair of forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries as the Hutto Hippos went 9-2 overall.
