It’s has become a common occurrence for Notre Dame football head coach [autotag]Marcus Freeman[/autotag] to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at Major League Baseball games.
The list already has the Chicago White Sox and New York Mets, now the other team in NYC wants to see the Irish’s leader toss another one. The New York Yankees will have Freeman on the bump during their Friday night game against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Freeman isn’t going alone, as he brought along Steve Angeli, Jordan Clark, Beaux Collins, Howard Cross III, Mitchell Evans, Riley Leonard, Rylie Mills, Benjamin Morrison, and Xavier Watts on the trip to New York.

Mills recently threw out the first pitch for his hometown White Sox, so maybe Freeman can get a tip from him. Either way, it’s great to see Notre Dame so well represented in the “Big Apple.”
