If you’re at all a follower of college football recruiting and of the next batch of Notre Dame players, you’re certainly well-aware of Blake Fisher.

Not only is Fisher the top rated player in Indiana for 2021, he’s a top ten offensive tackle nationally and hasn’t been shy about trying to recruit more talent to join him in Notre Dame’s 2021 recruiting class.

Saturday saw Fisher take that a step further as he unofficially hosted Notre Dame target, tight end Mitchell Evans of Wadsworth, Ohio.

Current NCAA rules don’t allow for official recruiting visits right now but that doesn’t mean prospects can’t visit campus.

And since coaches can’t meet with players on these campus visits, why not have one of the biggest pieces of the 2021 class give the tour and pitch Notre Dame along the way?

Evans is listed as a three-star tight end and remains uncommitted. He currently has 24 total offers with Notre Dame, Florida State, Michigan State and Pitt leading the way.
