Originally 2025 Nevada wide receiver [autotag]Derek Meadows[/autotag] was set to make his commitment on July 13th, but on Thursday night he announced a change in his plans.
The 6-foot, 5-inch and 200-pound star has pushed his verbal date back a week, and will now make his choice on July 20th, which will be done live on 247Sports YouTube Channel at 3 p.m. EST.
Meadows is having a tough time deciding between his five finalists of Georgia, Michigan, Alabama, LSU and Notre Dame. Many have expected the nation’s No. 68 overall and 10th wide receiver according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings to choose the Irish, but it clearly looks like he’s still mulling his decision.

Notre Dame and his other finalist will be anxiously waiting to find out what Meadows will do. Hopefully, he’s all Irish when he finally makes his announcement.
