It was a game that won’t be forgotten anytime soon by anyone who considers themselves a fan of college football.
Two of the biggest brands in the sport battling for 60 minutes and the game-winning score not coming until 59:59 of those 60 minutes had come off the clock.
It was tense, thrilling, exciting, angering, and exhausting. There are certainly more adjectives that could be used but I’ll keep it short by reserving it to only those mentioned above.
Here we are the day after and as Notre Dame picks up the pieces after what would have been their biggest win in perhaps 30 years, there’s certainly a lot on my mind.
