Michael Chen’s Game Balls for Pitt Game:
Offense: Ben Skowronek
The Northwestern transfer had just two catches on the second coming into today. Well, he doubled that in a big way, both of Skowronek’s catches today went for touchdowns, the second will be all over Sportscenter tonight. He made the biggest impact on the offensive side of the ball for the Irish today. A great sight to see any wide receiver, Skowronek included, to break out.

Defense: Isaiah Foskey
When you take one play and wreck it completely, plenty of people will take notice. That’s exactly what Foskey did late in the second quarter when he blocked a punt, then scooped the ball up in the endzone for an Irish score. A fantastic call by the Brian’s, Kelly and Polian, which freed up Foskey. The defensive end added a sack later in the third quarter to cement his huge game.
