Notre Dame beats Florida State 42-26: 5 takeaways

Notre Dame moved to 3-0 on the 2020 season

Shaun Crawford bounces back, seals victory

Shaun Crawford wasn’t having the best night at the office as the defensive back in his sixth year was clearly targeted at corner.  After Notre Dame had failed to put the game away multiple times and with the Seminoles driving, Crawford stepped up at his own goal line to intercept a Jordan Travis pass attempt and for all intents and purposes, end the Florida State upset bid.

If it feels like Crawford has been at Notre Dame forever it’s because he has.

Or at least since 2015.

With the injuries he’s dealt with time and time again in his career you can’t help but be excited for him to step up and make such a huge play in securing the victory.
