Mike Chen Game Balls for 9/12 vs. Duke
Offensive:  Kyren Williams

This one is easy, running back Kyren Williams. I thought he would show out today, and Williams did not disappoint. The first-year starter ran all over the Duke defense to the tune of 112 yards and 2 TD’s while adding 93 yards on 2 catches. He was the clear star on offense for the Irish, accounting for over 200 total yards. Williams has established himself as a focal point of the offense going forward.
Defensive: Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah

I was trending towards picking either defensive tackle Kurt Hinish or Isaiah Foskey but a late sack and overall effect on the game by linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah gets my nod. The breakout player on last years Irish defense just continues to be a force. Seven tackles, the aforementioned sack and overall good play puts JOK at the top of list of defensive stars today.
