Unless the Notre Dame athletic website already is bookmarked in your browser, you probably are used to typing “UND.com” into your URL bar. No more. Also, if you’ve visited the website in the past few days, you probably have noticed the visuals have gotten a makeover. Now, we know everything about it.
As part of a yearlong effort to revamp the athletic department’s digital identity, the domain name has been changed to “Fighting Irish.com”. The visual changes are ongoing, so expect to see the website’s look change even more in the near future. Most importantly, the site’s security measures have been upgraded so you can browse it more safely.
Very soon, there also will be a section for audio and podcasts so you can consume more Notre Dame content on the site than ever before. The full vision for the new version of the site will be realized by summer 2024, so stay tuned.
