Notre Dame announces what game they’ll wear green with the help of Sheamus

Sheamus had to be involved in this announcement

One of my personal favorite Notre Dame football uniform combinations is when the Irish wear full green, and on Thursday the Irish announced when that will happen during the 2024 season

With the help of WWE star [autotag]Sheamus[/autotag] in a social media video, head coach [autotag]Marcus Freeman[/autotag] let Irish Nation know that the green jerseys will return on September 28th, as the Irish will host Louisville.

In a conjoined announcement, that game is now officially sold out, so expect a packed house full of green in Notre Dame Stadium. So far the Irish have also announced their jersey’s for the Shamrock Series as well.

Notre Dame has one of the most instantly recognizable helmets in all of college football, and they have produced some epic alternate jersey’s to go along with them. This is just another example of that, and we can’t wait to see the Irish in green this fall.
