North Carolina still receiving votes in US LBM Coaches Poll

How many votes did the UNC football program get in the Week 1 US LBM Coaches Poll?

The North Carolina Tar Heels went to Minnesota and got the job done in Week 1 with a 19-17 win. While it wasn’t the prettiest of wins and the Tar Heels’ offense really struggled, they got a big non-conference road win to begin the year.

Now, they return home for a game against Charlotte as they look to move to 2-0.

As UNC prepares for Charlotte, the latest US LBM Coaches Poll has been released. The Tar Heels are still not ranked, which is no shocker, but they did receive three votes. With the three votes, UNC is the No. 45 team in the poll.

As for the Atlantic Coast Conference, Miami is the highest-ranked team moving four spots from No. 19 to No. 15. Florida State took a tumble out of the poll after being the No. 10 team in the nation.

Clemson fell eight spots to No. 22 while NC State fell to No. 23 and Louisville jumped into the poll at No. 24.
