After the NFL’s negotiating window opened on Monday, radio personality Dan Sileo tweeted that Tom Brady’s agent was talking with the Buccaneers and Broncos. Brady is believed to be drawing interest from Tampa Bay but he is not negotiating with Denver.
In response to COVID-19, the Broncos have closed their facility to everyone except for essential personnel, such as general manager John Elway. KUSA-TV’s Mike Klis tweeted Monday that the team informed him that they are not pursuing Brady.
From inside Broncos' almost completely shutdown headquarters: Team has got a franchise quarterback. And his name is Drew Lock. Team is not doing Tom Brady. #9sports

Speaking at the NFL combine last month, Elway indicated that the team would be open to talking with Brady but reiterated that they were happy with Lock. Denver won four of their final five games last season with Lock under center.
The Broncos appear set to now build around their young quarterback. Lock is 23 years old, nearly 10 years younger than Brady. Sticking with Lock likely gives Denver a better chance to have success over the next decade.
