No. 24 Colorado women’s volleyball to face No. 16 UCLA, USC over weekend

The 11-2 Colorado women’s volleyball team boasts a No. 24 ranking.

The No. 24 Colorado women’s volleyball team will head west to Los Angeles to see No. 16 UCLA on Friday and USC on Sunday. UCLA will be the Buffaloes’ third game against a ranked Pac-12 opponent. Head coach Jesse Mahoney’s squad previously beat No. 15 Utah and lost to No. 11 Oregon. After starting their season 9-0, the Buffaloes have gone 2-2 and will enter this crucial Pac-12 weekend at 11-2. They’ll start things up against the (10-2, 3-1 Pac-12) Bruins at 9 p.m. MST Friday.

Sunday’s match against the (6-7, 2-2 Pac-12) Trojans will start at 2 p.m. MST. The Buffs will be looking for their first win at USC’s Galen Center.

Senior setter/libero Brynna DeLuzio leads the Pac-12 in digs per set while sophomore outside hitter Maya Tabron has played well with just under three kills per set.
