Jackson Cantwell, the No. 4 overall prospect in the nation for the Class of 2026, has cut down his list of schools and USC has made the cut.
On Thursday, the Missouri product announced his first major recruiting decision, trimming his list of several dozen offers to 14 semifinalists: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Oregon, Texas A&M and USC.
Cantwell is the No. 2 offensive tackle and the No. 1 player in Missouri for the 2026 class.
Cantwell has already been very busy on the recruiting trail and has visited several of his options, including Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Missouri, Nebraska, Oregon, Texas A&M, USC and others. However, Oklahoma and Tennessee, two programs he also visited, did not make the cut.
No commitment timeline is in place yet, as he plans to take his time and make sure he is making the right decision and choosing the schools that check all of his boxes.
