We’ve noted on FIW a few times before that when a No. 25 in blue and gold is the fastest player on the field, leaving opponents in his wake we can’t help but think back to the greatness that was Rocket Ismail.
Well.
Braden Lenzy did it again Saturday, taking a an end-around 61 yards late in the third quarter to essentially ice the contest, putting the Irish up 33-7.

It’s the second week in a row Lenzy has shown off his absurd burst to find the end zone on a long play, last week doing so on a deep ball.
He also had the end-around play against USC that went for a touchdown and made him an instant fan-favorite.
He’s not the Rocket yet, but Lenzy’s highlight tape is starting to be quite the thing.
