In an ideal world, Houston Rockets star Russell Westbrook would probably still be at the Disney World “bubble” in Florida, since that would mean that his team had advanced to the NBA Finals.
But even with his team’s playoff run ending sooner than he would have liked, the 31-year-old is clearly still enjoying his time.
In a viral video recently shared by his wife, Nina, Westbrook can be seen teaching colors to his twin daughters, Skye and Jordan. The twin girls were born in November 2018 — approximately 18 months after the couple’s son, Noah Russell Westbrook, was born in May 2017.
With three toddlers at home, Westbrook certainly isn’t bored during his NBA offseason. In the video, the nine-time NBA All-Star and 2017 MVP gets visibly excited when he helps his girls correctly identify the colors.
Consider it yet another assist for Westbrook, who happens to rank No. 14 in NBA history in that category.

When the color “red” is brought up, Westbrook — wearing a Rockets shirt and red shorts — informs his daughters that red is his favorite color. Red, of course, is the color most associated with Houston’s NBA franchise.
Both Nina and Russell Westbrook played basketball at UCLA, where they first met. Years later, they married in August 2015. They still live in Los Angeles, which is where Russell will largely be until training camp begins for the 2020-21 season. That date has not yet been set.
