Senzel went 2-for-4 against the Mets Monday, hitting his second home run during the 2022 season. The Mets defeated Cincinnati, 7-4, at Great American Ball Park.
Senzel has recorded a .249 batting average during the 2022 season, totaling five doubles, five stolen bases and 14 RBIs.
He was the No. 2 overall pick by the Reds in the 2016 MLB draft.
Senzel played for the Vols from 2014-16 and was an All-America standout. During his final season at Tennessee, he led the Southeastern Conference with 25 doubles.
