In Alabama’s sloppy 17-3 win over the South Florida Bulls this past weekend, the Crimson Tide was without a pair of its starters due to injuries. Offensive lineman [autotag]Tyler Booker[/autotag] and defensive lineman [autotag]Jaheim Oatis[/autotag] each missed the road game in Tampa and their presence was sorely missed.
On Wednesday, as Alabama continues its preparation for the 2023 SEC opener against Ole Miss this Saturday, head coach of the Crimson Tide [autotag]Nick Saban[/autotag] would speak to members of the media and among other items, would update the status of both Booker and Oatis and it appears to be good news for the super sophomore duo.
“Tyler Booker is practicing, and so is Jaheim Oatis. They haven’t had issues. That doesn’t mean they’re still not day-to-day in terms of coming back and getting over injuries, but they are practicing.”
Having Booker and Oatis back will certainly provide a much-needed boost to both sides of the line of scrimmage for the Crimson Tide against the Rebels.
